We arrived early the morning after check in and the staff at the front desk behaved as though it was a bother. Also, coupons were needed for breakfast to differentiate the guests who paid for breakfast. I think the front desk should ensure they check the reservations when guests check in and provide the coupons at that time rather than having the awkwardness of the dining room staff asking or billing guests before the coupons are issued. The hotel rooms were clean with comfortable beds and a fantastic view of Manhattan's skyline.

The rooms are compact but comfy enough for a few days to a week's stay.

Continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was adequate but I think the management could consider to include a hot sandwich or two hot options like scrambled eggs and sausage. The surrounding area felt safe and had a few areas for food. The subway station was close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Once i got to my room i was in awe. Room was gorgeous! The whole lay out Not to mention the view of the city from Brooklyn. Def recommend and will be back! Great for solo travels and couples.

The young man that check me out wasn't friendly very serious no smile and no thanks you. Yes the breakfast was lovely the service was excellent. Room was a little crowded, had problems if someone was sitting in chair to get around them Not a big fan of glass walls, they look nice but light on in morning made it hard to sleep.
